Waiver of Liability
This agreement releases Seminars For Health from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during online courses or viewing videos. By accepting this agreement, I agree to hold Seminars For Health entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
Cancellation Policy
In-Person: You may transfer your registration to an online or in-person course or receive store credit up to 14 days before the course start date. Transferring or receiving store credit within 14 days of the course start date will incur a 30% charge of the total paid amount. Seminars for Health does not offer refunds on any of its in-person courses. Store credit expires after 1 year.
Online: We aim for your satisfaction with the courses you choose. That's why we confidently offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are within 30 days of purchasing an online course and haven't progressed beyond 30% of the content, Seminars for Health will provide a complete refund.
