I started SFH™ in 2011 because I kept seeing the same thing: brilliant, dedicated therapists burning out — not because they lacked heart, but because I've always believed that massage therapy is far more powerful than the world gives it credit for. We were barely scratching the surface of what this profession could do. I've been that therapist. I know the ache at the end of a long day, and I know the doubt that follows. That's exactly why Bob and I built this school. Every course we create is grounded in real clinical practice — the kind that protects your body, elevates your results, and gives you a career you can sustain for decades. You deserve that. Your clients deserve that.

I've spent over 30 years doing one thing: making sure massage therapists truly understand the body they're working with. That passion took me from Senior Instructor at Mount Royal University to Department Head at MaKami College — and eventually to co-founding SFH™ with Linda. I believe that when a therapist deeply understands anatomy, everything changes — for them and for their clients. That belief is in every course I've built, including SFH™ Nerve Flossing and SFH™ Assisted Stretching Therapy. This profession deserves better education. That's what we're here to give you.
