What Is the Difference Between CST 1, 2, and 3?
Each level builds on the last. CST 1 introduces the foundations. CST 2 expands clinical application. CST 3 helps you integrate the work with greater precision, presence, and ease.
CST 1
The foundation. Learn palpation, cranial rhythm, listening skills, and gentle techniques you can begin integrating into practice.

Foundational skills, sensitivity, hand placement, and introductory treatment application.
CST 2
