  • Day 1 | Supine position
  • You will learn cupping techniques covering the entire back and the posterior thigh and legs with the use of medium firm cups and dome cups.
  • Day 2 | Prone position
  • You will learn how to do facial and TMJ cupping as well as the neck using facial and dome cups.
  • You will also learn how to decompress the chest, cup the arm, and forearm hand with this time, dome cups.

She successfully integrates SFH Dynamic Cupping into her therapeutic practice to help decompress tissues to achieve optimal recovery for her clients. She recognizes that no single approach is right for every individual. Her treatment approach is catered to be as personalized as possible and greatly enhanced with her skills as an SFH Dynamic Cupping and Massage therapist.
